Terms

​Payment

  • All services must be paid for in full before any work can commence.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your service(s), please do so within 5 business days of the invoice date.

​

Credits

  • All services already in progress or complete are non-refundable. A credit of up to 2 hours may be available to correct any errors. Errors must be reported within 2 business days.

  • Any unused hours billed and paid for can be redeemed as a credit towards a subsequent invoice. Credits are valid only for 12 months.
